Do you offer free estimates?+
Yes. We provide detailed, no-obligation estimates for new builds and exterior renovation projects throughout Calgary and surrounding communities like Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks and Cochrane.
Do you work on new construction?+
Yes. We regularly partner with home builders and project managers on new residential construction, in addition to working directly with homeowners on renovation projects.
What materials do you install?+
We install James Hardie® fiber cement, LP® SmartSide® engineered wood, engineered wood and composite siding systems, architectural metal, vinyl siding, and exterior finishing components such as soffit, fascia, and eavestrough.
How long does a siding project take?+
Timelines vary depending on the size and scope of the project. We provide a clear schedule before work begins and maintain communication throughout the installation process.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Sunshine Exteriors is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.
What warranty do you provide?+
Sunshine Exteriors offers a 7-year limited labor warranty on workmanship for all siding and exterior finishing installations completed by our team. We also pass along and support all applicable manufacturer warranties on materials supplied as part of your project.
Our labor warranty covers issues resulting from improper installation. It does not cover manufacturer defects, structural movement, extreme weather events, impact damage, or failure to maintain the product according to manufacturer recommendations. If you ever have a concern, we’re always happy to review it and discuss the appropriate next steps.
Do you work directly with insurance companies?+
We focus on siding and exterior installation for new builds and renovation projects. While we do not manage insurance claims or deal directly with insurance companies on behalf of homeowners, we are happy to provide detailed estimates, invoices, and supporting documentation for submission. If your project involves an insurance claim, we recommend confirming coverage and claim requirements directly with your provider before proceeding.
